  • Returns
    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Pickup Process: The product(s) will be collected within 1-4 days of your request. Please note, a return fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Damaged/Defective Products: Share images with us within 24 hours on our email rushhhclothing@gmail.com for a quick replacement.

  • Quality Issues: Describe the issue in detail. If the issue is verified, we will offer an exchange or provide a refund, in the form of store credit.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 24-48 working hours after we receive the product in its original condition.

  • Return Timeline: All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Used or washed clothing
    • Items without original tags
    • Products purchased during clearance or sale

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
    • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
